I got the pineapple, its a really good flavor. I got it specifically because the other powdered supps I take have a tart flavor, sort of bitter lemony. Which isn't bad, but some flavors would mix better than others. The pineapple nails it. I'm not looking for gym gains, I just want to tighten up a little and have more endurance in the yard. I'm getting back to normal after some surgical stuff kept me inactive for a couple years. It takes some time to get your legs back, and anything that helps, I'll take it.
